Consult
Right from the first consultation with us, we can put you in touch with our team of Architects, Interior designers, Engineers and Certifiers to guide you through the planning, pre construction and design process.
Quote
Once we have a set of plans for your project we can give you a detailed estimate of the costs of the project including all building approvals and permits required by local government.
Contracts & approvals
From there contracts will be drawn up outlining inclusions, exclusions, progress payment stages, start and finish dates etc. We use standard HIA contracts as they are easy to understand, don’t use legal jargon, and protect the client as well as the builder.
Construction
Once the paperwork is finalised the fun part starts! We get to work on your project. Jethro the builder will be onsite everyday on the tools, organising trades, making sure materials are on site, but most of of all, making sure every detail of the project is finished to the highest quality possible. We will liaise with the private certifiers who will carry out the relevant inspections required.
Handover
Once completed, the keys will be handed over and you and your family will be able to enjoy your brand new home or extension. You will have a 12 month period from handover date for any defects to be rectified.
